📋 Admission Process
Admission Process at Phonics University Roorkee: Online Registration: Visit the official website and fill out the online application form by providing basic academic and personal details. Application Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,200 online or through offline modes available at the university campus. Eligibility Verification: Submit academic documents for verification. Eligibility is based on marks in qualifying examinations (10+2 / Graduation / Post-Graduation) and subject-specific requirements. Entrance Exam / Interview (if applicable): For select programs such as Ph.D., M.Tech, or professional courses, candidates must appear for a university-conducted entrance test followed by a personal interview. Merit-Based Selection: Admission is granted based on entrance test results or academic merit, followed by counseling and seat allotment. Document Submission & Fee Payment: Selected candidates must complete admission formalities by submitting original documents and paying the prescribed course fee. Confirmation of Admission: Upon verification and successful payment, the university issues an official admission confirmation letter to the student.

Minimum Requirements for Admission at Phonics University Roorkee: Undergraduate (UG) Programs: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in relevant subjects. Example: For B.Tech – 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Postgraduate (PG) Programs: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Diploma Programs: Candidates must have completed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board with a minimum of 40–45% marks. Ph.D. Programs: A Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade (50% for reserved categories). Admission is based on the university entrance test followed by a personal interview. Additional Requirements: Valid ID proof and recent passport-size photographs. Original documents for verification at the time of admission. For international students: Proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL) if applicable.
