Motherhood University, Roorkee is a dynamic and progressive private institution established in 2015 under the Uttarakhand Government Act 5. Located near the sacred Ganga River and surrounded by the academic atmosphere of Roorkee, the University was created with a clear purpose to nurture talented youth through quality education, research and professional training. The campus spreads across twelve acres along the Roorkee Dehradun Road and is guided by the vision of the MIMTS Group. The University is recognised by UGC and AICTE and holds approvals from BCI, PCI, NCTE, UPC and UNMC which reflects its commitment to academic credibility and national quality benchmarks. The campus is located at Bhagwanpur in Roorkee Tehsil with convenient connectivity through NH344. The University is eleven kilometres from Roorkee Bus Stand, thirteen kilometres from Chudiala Block Hut railway station and around eighty eight kilometres from Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun. 📋 Admission Process
Admission Process The admission process at is designed to be smooth, transparent, and student-friendly. Candidates can apply through both online and offline modes. Step 1 Application Submission Visit the official admission portal or the university campus to fill out the application form with correct personal and academic details. Step 2 Document Upload Submit the required documents including mark sheets, ID proof, photographs, and category certificates (if applicable). Step 3 Eligibility Verification The university reviews the submitted documents and checks eligibility as per the programme requirements. Step 4 Entrance or Merit Evaluation Admissions are granted either on a merit basis or through entrance tests, depending on the course selected. Step 5 Counselling and Seat Allotment Shortlisted candidates are invited for counselling or interaction rounds, after which seats are allotted. Step 6 Fee Payment and Confirmation Pay the prescribed admission fee to confirm your seat. The offer is finalized only after fee submission. Step 7 Enrollment and Orientation Complete enrollment formalities and attend the orientation programme to begin your academic journey at university.
✅ Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate (UG) Programs: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Class XII) from a recognized board with at least 45–50% marks in relevant subjects. Postgraduate (PG) Programs: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required. Diploma Courses: Applicants should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board. Ph.D. Programs: Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA). For reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PH), a relaxation of 5% is provided. Applicants with UGC-NET / GATE / CSIR / JRF qualifications are exempted from the university entrance test. Age Limit: No upper age limit; admissions are merit and qualification based.
