📋 Admission Process
Admission Process – Apex University Jaipur (2025) Application Form: Apply online through the official Apex University website by filling out the admission form and uploading the required documents. Entrance Exams: Admission is based on AUCET (Apex University Common Entrance Test) or national-level exams such as CUET UG/PG, JEE Main, GATE, CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, etc., depending on the course. Merit Evaluation: Candidates are shortlisted based on entrance scores or academic performance in qualifying exams. Interview / Group Discussion: For certain programs like MBA, Law, and Doctoral courses, a personal interview or group discussion round is conducted. Document Verification: Shortlisted applicants must submit original documents for verification. Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation: Final admission is confirmed after payment of the prescribed course fee and completion of formalities.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements – Apex University Jaipur (2025) ✅ Undergraduate (UG) Courses: Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board. Minimum 45–50% aggregate marks (depending on course). For technical programs like B.Tech/BCA, Mathematics is compulsory at the 10+2 level. For Law (BA LLB/LLB) – 45% for General, 42% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST candidates. ✅ Postgraduate (PG) Courses: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 50% aggregate marks required (5% relaxation for reserved categories). For MBA/M.Tech/LLM, valid scores in CAT/CMAT/GATE/CUET PG/AUCET are accepted. ✅ Doctoral (PhD) Programs: A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
