What began as a modest yet meaningful initiative in 2003 has today grown into one of Uttar Pradesh’s most promising centres of higher education. Established by the Shivika Educational Society, Vivek’s journey started with a single B.Ed. college, created to meet the growing need for quality, value-driven education. Over the years, this vision expanded steadily, welcoming disciplines such as Management, Commerce, Science, Law, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Paramedical Studies, Nursing, and more.

In 2024, this long-standing commitment to academic excellence reached a historic milestone when Vivek College was granted university status and emerged as Vivek University, a State Private University approved by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under Act No. 21 of 2024 and recognized by the UGC under Section 2(f). From a small sapling to a strong banyan tree, Vivek University today symbolizes growth, stability, and knowledge rooted in purpose.

Spread across a serene 100-acre green campus, the university is located on the Bijnor–Moradabad State Highway, surrounded by the calm and spiritual environment near the holy River Ganga. As the first and only university in Bijnor district, Vivek University proudly stands among the leading educational institutions of Uttar Pradesh.
