Admission Process

The admission process at Sharda University Agra is designed to be simple, transparent, and student-friendly. Candidates can apply for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Diploma programmes by following the steps below:

Step 1: Application Submission

Visit the official website of Sharda University Agra.

Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.

Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 2: Entrance Test

Candidates may be required to appear for the Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) for select UG and PG programmes.

National-level entrance exam scores such as JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT, or GATE are also accepted for relevant courses.

Step 3: Personal Interview / Group Discussion

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Personal Interview (PI) or Group Discussion (GD), depending on the programme applied for.

This stage evaluates subject knowledge, communication skills, and overall aptitude.

Step 4: Merit Evaluation

Final selection is based on:

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Admission Requirements – Sharda University Agra

Here’s a clear overview of the basic eligibility criteria you need to meet for admission at Sharda University Agra:

Undergraduate (UG) Programmes

B.Tech: Minimum 60% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and at least 50% in Mathematics; valid JEE / SUAT score.

B.Com: Minimum 50% in 10+2 with Commerce or Mathematics.

B.Pharm: Minimum 50% in 10+2 from a recognized board.

BBA / BCA: Minimum 50% in 10+2.

B.Sc (Hons): Minimum 55% in 10+2 with relevant subjects (PCM / PCB / Agriculture / IT / Maths).

B.Sc Nursing: Minimum 50% in 10+2 with PCB and 45% in English.

Animation & VFX / Gaming Design: Minimum 50% in 10+2 from any stream.

D.Pharma: Minimum 50% in 10+2 with PCB / PCM.

Postgraduate (PG) Programmes

MBA: Minimum 50% in graduation and a valid score in MAT / CAT / XAT / SUAT; followed by GD/PI.

MCA: Minimum 50% in BCA / B.Sc with Mathematics at 10+2 level.

M.Pharm / M.Tech: Relevant bachelor’s degree with minimum qualifying marks (varies by programme and department).

General Notes

Eligibility scores must be from recognized boards/universities.
