About Us

Established in 2018, Madhyanchal Professional University (MPU), Bhopal, was founded with a clear vision to nurture capable, skilled, and future-ready professionals who can contribute meaningfully to national and global development. The University operates under the aegis of Vanshpati Smriti Shiksha Samiti (VSSS), Bhopal, a reputed educational society that has been actively involved in shaping quality education since 2002 through the Patel Group of Institutions.

With nearly two decades of experience in managing and developing professional colleges across Bhopal and Indore, the founding body of MPU brings strong academic leadership, institutional stability, and a learner-centric approach to higher education. The University was established to expand this legacy into a multidisciplinary ecosystem that promotes innovation, research, and skill-based learning.

MPU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by statutory and professional bodies such as the Government of Madhya Pradesh, AICTE, PCI, BCI, NCTE, and other relevant authorities. Spread across a vast green campus at Ratibad, Bhopal, the University offers a vibrant academic environment supported by modern infrastructure, advanced laboratories, digital libraries, hostels, and student-centric facilities.

The University offers a wide spectrum of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programmes across disciplines including Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Agriculture, Law, Education, Humanities, Medical and Paramedical Sciences, Journalism and Mass Communication, Environment, and allied fields.
