Admission Process

Admission to K.M. University Mathura is primarily merit-based, following the eligibility norms set by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and respective departments.

Interested candidates can apply online through the official website www.kmu.edu.in or visit the university campus for offline application submission.

Steps to Apply
Fill out the Application Form with accurate personal and academic details.

Upload required documents such as mark sheets, ID proof, and photographs.

Pay the Application Fee online or through bank draft.

Attend Counseling/Interview (if applicable) for course selection and verification.

Confirm Admission by submitting original documents and paying the semester fee.

Selected students receive an official Admission Letter and ID number, completing their enrollment at K.M. University Mathura.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
For Undergraduate (UG) Courses:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

A minimum of 45–50% aggregate marks is required (depending on the program).

For professional courses like B.Tech, B.Pharm, and MBBS, candidates must have valid qualifying scores in JEE/NEET or University-level entrance exams (if applicable).

For Postgraduate (PG) Courses:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is generally required for admission.

Entrance tests or interviews may be conducted for programs like MBA, M.Tech, or M.Sc.

For Ph.D. Programs:

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned field.

Admission is granted based on entrance test performance and personal interview as per university norms and UGC guidelines.

For Diploma Programs:

Students should have passed Class 10 or 10+2 (depending on the course type) from a recognized board.

Note:
Eligibility criteria may vary slightly across departments, and relaxation in marks is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
