Established in 2018, Madhyanchal Professional University (MPU), Bhopal, was founded with a clear vision to nurture capable, skilled, and future-ready professionals who can contribute meaningfully to national and global development. The University operates under the aegis of Vanshpati Smriti Shiksha Samiti (VSSS), Bhopal, a reputed educational society that has been actively involved in shaping quality education since 2002 through the Patel Group of Institutions. With nearly two decades of experience in managing and developing professional colleges across Bhopal and Indore, the founding body of MPU brings strong academic leadership, institutional stability, and a learner-centric approach to higher education. The University was established to expand this legacy into a multidisciplinary ecosystem that promotes innovation, research, and skill-based learning. MPU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by statutory and professional bodies such as the Government of Madhya Pradesh, AICTE, PCI, BCI, NCTE, and other relevant authorities. Spread across a vast green campus at Ratibad, Bhopal, the University offers a vibrant academic environment supported by modern infrastructure, advanced laboratories, digital libraries, hostels, and student-centric facilities. 📋 Admission Process
Admission Process The admission process at is designed to be smooth, transparent, and student-friendly. Candidates can apply through both online and offline modes. Step 1 Application Submission Visit the official admission portal or the university campus to fill out the application form with correct personal and academic details. Step 2 Document Upload Submit the required documents including mark sheets, ID proof, photographs, and category certificates (if applicable). Step 3 Eligibility Verification The university reviews the submitted documents and checks eligibility as per the programme requirements. Step 4 Entrance or Merit Evaluation Admissions are granted either on a merit basis or through entrance tests, depending on the course selected. Step 5 Counselling and Seat Allotment Shortlisted candidates are invited for counselling or interaction rounds, after which seats are allotted. Step 6 Fee Payment and Confirmation Pay the prescribed admission fee to confirm your seat. The offer is finalized only after fee submission. Step 7 Enrollment and Orientation Complete enrollment formalities and attend the orientation programme to begin your academic journey at university.
✅ Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate (UG) Programs: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Class XII) from a recognized board with at least 45–50% marks in relevant subjects. Postgraduate (PG) Programs: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required. Diploma Courses: Applicants should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board. Ph.D. Programs: Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA). For reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PH), a relaxation of 5% is provided. Applicants with UGC-NET / GATE / CSIR / JRF qualifications are exempted from the university entrance test. Age Limit: No upper age limit; admissions are merit and qualification based.
